Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by McDent.
Comments and Feedbacks
All comments and feedbacks to www.mcdent.com.my will be remain McDent’s property.
User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the www.mcdent.com.my will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment’s content made.
Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

User shall agree that McDent may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.
Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold McDent harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. www.mcdent.com.my will not be related or involve to any such website if the user’s content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.
Inaccuracy Information
From time to time, there may be information on www.mcdent.com.my that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Return and Refund Policy”.
Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or www.mcdent.com.my. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, www.mcdent.com.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies only to incorrect or defective item(s) shipped to our customers.
- We have a 14-day goods return policy from the date of invoice subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchased condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer’s containers,
documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- Packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Disposable products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Products purchased as part of a set or multi-item package must be returned as a complete set or package.
- All returns will be thoroughly checked by us and we reserve the right to take remedial action including:
- Replacing the returned product with a new item of the same design and model, or
- Offer a full refund in the form of sales rebate / cash voucher for future online purchase
- Goods exchange is subject to availability. If we are out of stock for the item you want,
you may wait until new stocks arrive or request a refund.
- McDent will not accept any goods return/exchange after 14 days from the invoice date.
- Please note that postage for goods return/exchange must be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy & Turnaround time
All orders are considered confirmed and final, refunds are provided solely on the discretion of McDent.
Upon refund approval, monies will be refunded via the original payment method selected by the buyer at the time of purchase.
It takes time to process refunds as we have to liaise with our suppliers. Once your request is approved by the supplier, we aim to process your refund within 14-30 working days.
How do I Request a Goods Return/Exchange?
Contact McDent Healthcare office and submit a request to us. We will get back to you within 10-working days.
Do not send the goods to us until we have authorised your return.
Below items are required to process the refund:
- The products name received are tally with purchase order.
- The products’ part/model numbers received are tally with purchase orders.
- The quantity received is tally with purchase order.
- The products received are not defective before start using the products.

Collected Information
We only collect the information that needed for the registration procedure at our website or when fill up the registration form on the site. The information that we gathered are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We collect customer’s personal information during the account registration on our site on our site.
